GW081 – Air Commodore Harry Cobby CBE, DSO, DFC & GM

Arthur Henry “Harry” Cobby became the leading fighter ace of the Australian Flying Corps during the First World War.

Credited with 29 aerial victories, Cobby earned the Distinguished Service Order and Distinguished Flying Cross with two Bars for his wartime service. He remained involved in Australian aviation after the war and later held senior command positions in the Royal Australian Air Force during WWII.

GW081 portrays one of Australia's most significant military aviators and is an outstanding personality figure for an Australian aviation collection.

Available through The Military Workshop – a Thomas Gunn portrayal of Air Commodore Harry Cobby, Australia's highest-scoring fighter ace of the First World War.
