GW083A – German Infantryman with Maxim Machine Gun – Pickelhaube

The Maxim machine gun fundamentally changed the nature of infantry warfare, and Germany entered the First World War with substantial numbers of its own Maxim-derived MG08.

GW083A pairs a German infantryman with this formidable weapon while retaining the distinctive Pickelhaube, giving the piece a strong early-war Imperial German appearance.

It is ideally suited to a prepared trench position where the gun can cover open ground ahead of the German line.

Available through The Military Workshop – a classic Thomas Gunn German Maxim gunner combining one of WWI's defining weapons with the unmistakable Pickelhaube.
