INDO002 – Foreign Legionnaire with Machine Gun

By the time of the First Indochina War, the French Foreign Legion was fighting in a very different environment from the deserts traditionally associated with its history.

Dense jungle, rice paddies, villages and isolated strongpoints characterised much of the fighting against the Viet Minh.

INDO002 – Foreign Legionnaire with MG gives the Legion valuable automatic firepower for this difficult battlefield. He can defend a remote outpost, cover a patrol or support fellow Legionnaires during an engagement.

Available from The Military Workshop – a hard-fighting Thomas Gunn Foreign Legion machine gunner representing the Legion's difficult campaigns in French Indochina.
