ROM112C - Roman Legionnaire Standing with Black 9th Legion Shield

The Roman legion was built upon discipline, loyalty, and tradition, with each unit developing its own identity and reputation. The 9th Legion, or Legio IX Hispana, remains one of Rome’s most fascinating military formations due to its service in Britain and its mysterious disappearance from historical records.

ROM112C - Roman Legionnaire Standing with Black 9th Legion Shield depicts a fully equipped soldier standing proudly with the distinctive shield of the 9th Legion. His armour, stance, and equipment represent the strength and professionalism of Rome’s imperial infantry.

This figure provides collectors with the opportunity to represent one of Rome’s most famous legions, making it a valuable addition to historical displays featuring Britain, frontier warfare, or imperial campaigns.

Available from The Military Workshop, ROM112C offers a unique connection to one of the enduring mysteries of Roman military history.
