GW077A – WWI German Ammunition Carrier – Pickelhaube

Every rifle and machine gun at the front depended upon a continuous supply of ammunition.

GW077A – German Ammunition Carrier represents one of the soldiers responsible for keeping that supply moving, shown wearing the distinctive Pickelhaube associated particularly with the earlier period of the war.

Rather than another combat pose, the figure demonstrates the physical effort required simply to keep frontline troops supplied.

Available from The Military Workshop – a useful Thomas Gunn German ammunition carrier adding logistics and battlefield activity to an Imperial German display.
