Discipline was one of the foundations of the Roman military system. Weapons, armour and personal equipment had to be maintained, while soldiers themselves were expected to meet the standards demanded by their commanders.

ROM063 – Inspection depicts one of these moments away from the actual fighting, when troops and their equipment come under the scrutiny of a superior.
