RTA148 - Mexican Lancer Charging | King & Country

This mounted Mexican lancer represents a cavalryman of General Santa Anna's army during the final assault on the Alamo in March 1836.

The figure is part of the Remember the Alamo collection, which includes a selection of Mexican cavalry and infantry associated with the battle.

RTA148 depicts a lancer charging forward at a gallop, his lance lowered towards an opponent as he closes the distance.

The powerful movement of the horse and the forward position of the lance create a striking action pose, representing the cavalry engagements that followed the assault on the mission.

The model complements the other Mexican lancer releases, including the trumpeter, pistol-armed cavalryman and sabre-wielding horseman.

Collectors can arrange these figures together to recreate a larger mounted force or incorporate them into a wider Battle of the Alamo display featuring Mexican infantry and Texian defenders.
