RTA150 - Mexican Infantry Bugler | King & Country

RTA150 represents a Mexican infantry bugler serving with General Santa Anna's army during the Battle of the Alamo in March 1836.

The figure forms part of the Remember the Alamo collection, depicting the Mexican soldiers who participated in the final assault on the old Spanish mission.

The bugler is portrayed running towards the Alamo's walls while sounding his bugle, representing a soldier performing a signalling role during the attack.

He carries his musket with its fixed bayonet over his left shoulder as he moves forward, combining the equipment of an infantryman with the duties of a military bugler.

This release introduces a different type of figure into the Mexican infantry collection, complementing the advancing soldiers, officers and other personnel already represented in the range.

The bugler can be positioned amongst Mexican infantrymen to create a more varied assault formation or displayed as part of a larger scene depicting the attack on the Alamo.
