VN051 – Aussies on Patrol

For Australian infantry operating from Nui Dat and other positions in Phước Tuy Province, patrolling formed a major part of the campaign. Rather than relying solely upon large-scale engagements, Australian tactics placed considerable emphasis on moving carefully through the countryside in search of enemy forces.

VN051 – Aussies on Patrol captures Australian soldiers engaged in this characteristic type of operation.

The figures are ideal for rubber plantation, jungle or rural terrain and can be expanded with additional patrol members to create a larger Australian infantry formation moving cautiously through the field.
