WH036 – Kneeling Grenadier
A kneeling firing position gave an infantryman a useful compromise between mobility and protection, allowing him to remain ready to move while presenting a smaller target than a soldier standing upright.
WH036 – Kneeling Grenadier portrays a German infantryman in this classic battlefield stance. His pose makes him particularly effective among other riflemen, where a mixture of standing, kneeling and prone figures creates a much more natural-looking combat formation.
He can be positioned behind low cover, beside a vehicle or as part of a German section preparing to engage the enemy.
Available from The Military Workshop – a versatile King & Country Grenadier that adds another useful combat position to a WWII Wehrmacht collection.
