RA095 - Red Army Rifleman Advancing | King & Country

RA095 portrays a Soviet infantryman advancing during the final winter campaigns of the Second World War.

The figure belongs to the Heritage Classics collection, which represents Red Army soldiers operating across the Eastern Front during the winter of 1944–45.

The rifleman carries his Mosin-Nagant rifle firmly in both hands as he moves forward. The Mosin-Nagant was a five-round, bolt-action rifle originally adopted by Imperial Russia in 1891 and remained an important infantry weapon during the Second World War.

The advancing pose captures the movement of a Soviet soldier as his unit presses towards enemy positions.

This figure can be combined with the crouching rifleman (RA094), squad leader (RA093), and PPSh-41-equipped soldiers (RA096 and RA097) to assemble a varied infantry group.

The figure also complements the SU-122 Self-Propelled Howitzer (RA092), providing another soldier for displays featuring Soviet infantry and armoured vehicles operating together.
